When accessing our website, general information is automatically collected by the hosting provider (server log files). This includes: IP address (truncated), date and time, accessed URL, referrer URL, browser and operating system information. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (ensuring stability and security). Log data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

We use "vanilla-cookieconsent" to obtain and document your consent decisions. When the banner loads, a technically necessary cookie is set:

Legal bases: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (obligation to prove consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in user-friendly control). No tracking cookies are set unless you activate optional measurement.

We use the tool Rybbit (rybbit.mokka-dev.de) to understand performance and anonymous usage flows. Currently, we do not use cookies; a pseudonymous identifier is stored in Local Storage for recognition. Page views and technical device/browser data are collected. Form inputs are not evaluated. Data remains on servers in the EU.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (quality assurance, troubleshooting). Consent is not required as no personal profiling takes place. You may object to the processing at any time.

We use Google Fonts (Newsreader). The fonts are integrated via the Google Fonts API. Your IP address is transmitted to Google servers. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation).

When contacting us by email, we process the provided data (name, email, phone if applicable, message) to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or lit. f GDPR (general inquiries). We delete the information once your request is completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Please direct your request to info@ec-rc.com.
